How to Draw a Christmas Tree: step-by-step instructions
The new lines in each step are shown in red.
-

Step 1
Draw a tall triangle with gently curved sides and a bumpy, scalloped bottom. This is the top of the tree.
-

Step 2
Add two bigger layers underneath, each one wider than the one above, with the same bumpy bottom edge.
-

Step 3
Draw a small rectangle under the tree for the trunk.
-

Step 4
Put a star on the very top.
-

Step 5
Draw garlands that swoop across each layer of the tree.
-

Step 6
Add round ornaments with little caps. Your Christmas tree is ready for color!
-

Now color it!
Color the tree green and the trunk brown. The star and the garlands are yellow. Give every ornament a different color: red, blue and purple look great together.
