About this game
A picture puzzle for the eyes: a line drawing of a house cut into four pieces, scattered around the page and turned a little. Kids figure out what the whole picture is, write their guess and draw it in one piece. Page 2 shows the drawing put back together. Little ones can do most of it with crayons, and a grown-up can read the short questions aloud.
Tips for using it
- Look for the biggest piece first; it usually shows the most.
- Turn the page around to see an upside-down piece the right way up.
- Guess early and change your mind; wrong guesses are part of the fun.
Printing tips
Download the PDF and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). Page 1 is the game and page 2 is the answer key with the answers in red; print just page 1 if you want to keep the answers for checking. The PNG shows page 1 only. Free for personal, family and classroom use.
