About this game
A four-panel comic strip with the first panel drawn: Luna the unicorn finds the end of a rainbow. Kids draw the next three panels and write a caption under each one, so the page becomes their own story. It matches first grade goals, roughly ages 6 to 7. Make the horn gold or silver.
Tips for using it
- Color the bands in rainbow order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
- Try soft boho colors.
- Use pastels for the body and a rainbow mane.
- Decide the ending first; then the middle panels are easy to draw.
Printing tips
Download the PDF for the sharpest result and print at 100% (or “fit to page” on A4). The PNG is 300 DPI, which is handy for tablets and coloring apps. This page is free for personal, family and classroom use.
