A free printable addition houses for numbers 11 to 20 worksheet with an answer key. Each floor adds up to the roof number. Find the missing number on every floor. Second graders usually finish it in 10 to 15 minutes. Say each bond out loud: 6 and 4 make 10.

Tips for using it

• Use counters split into two piles to check a tricky bond.
• Fill the floors in order (0, 1, 2 ...) and watch one number go up while the other goes down.
• Use fingers or 10 counters: split them into two groups for each floor of the house.
• Check a finished floor by adding the two windows; the sum must match the roof every time.
